About KV

KV No.2 Binnaguri was established in July 1980 with four classes from Class I to IV . Vidyalaya used to run in temporary sheds provided by management. Now Vidyalaya has its own Building. At present 950 students are studying from Balvatika III to class XII , It has an area of 15 acres. It is situated in Binnaguri Cantonment of Jalpaiguri District. it is a co-educational institution affiliated to CBSE and run by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, New Delhi an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, New Delhi.KV No.2 Binnaguri cantt. has well equipped Computer Labs, Physics lab, Chemistry Lab and Biology Lab, Mathematic Lab, Junior Science Lab and a very rich library having different kinds of books.This vidyalaya have indoor and out door sports and games facilities.
